Have you ever stepped foot into a “baby store” like BuyBuyBaby for example? It’s like you have to be part of some sort of a club to know what in the world everything is and how to use it. Before venturing there with my hubby, I decided to check online and see what the consensus was about what I needed and didn’t. I couldn’t believe that a tiny little human could use so much stuff. I also chatted to my friends that have children and I can honestly say that I am going to love the support of the “mom tribe” when baby Deane arrives, and already do appreciate all the help.
I made some adjustments to the “must haves” for a newborn and came up with my own list that I’ll share in another post. We decided that we can always buy something that we don’t have, so as baby needs it, we’ll get it.
Here are just some of the favorites that I put on the registry:
1. Just Born Sparkle Mint Green 2-Pack Hooded Towel Set – BuyBuyBaby
2. NoseFrida Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon
3. Gerber Onesies 6M 2-Pack Organic Cotton Hedgehog Footie in White – BuyBuyBaby
4. Seventh Generation Coconut Care 4 oz. Diaper Cream with Zinc Oxide – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon
5. Beco Ring Sling Baby Carrier – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon

8. Eddie Bauer Fashion Heather Backpack – Target
9. Lansinoh Ultimate Protection Soft 50-Pack Nursing Pads – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon
10. Summer Infant Wide View 2.0 Duo Digital Color Video Monitor – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon (Similar)
11. bumGenius Freetime Cloth Diaper with Snap Closure in Mirror – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon
12. The Tale of Peter Rabbit Board Book – BuyBuyBaby | Amazon
Like I said, this is not the full list at all, I put plenty more items on my registry like swaddles, reusable bin liners, Montessori materials and changing mats. I just couldn’t choose everything o be my favorite. I really wanted to though. I’ll share the full list on another post with more of my favorites if you are interested?
Were any of these your favorites or did something similar or different work for you? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
