Cinnamon Peanut Butter Oats

This oat bowl is so easy but don’t take your eyes off these sneaky oats while they are in the pot otherwise they will stick and burn on the bottom. Daniel usually makes the oats but I gave it a go this morning and he forgot to mention that you need to keep stirring so I got to make the mistake so you don’t have to!

What are you guys up to this weekend? I’m going to a yoga class in the park this morning and then I think we will go have lunch at Veg Fest here in Charlotte. I’ve gone the last two years and love seeing all the vendors and eating delicious food! Who’s with me?
